Responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor all Human Resources operation: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational change.
2. Manage and control manpower planning, coordinate and perform staffing strategy and responsible for the on-boarding process.
3. Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, individual development plan, career development, disciplinary actions).
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
5. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
6. Address any concerns that come from executives and employees.
7. Consolidate the payroll data and ensure the payment is made on time with the correct amount.
8. Conducting performance and wage reviews.
9. Generate Human Resources reports and assist in ad-hoc Human Resources projects as assigned.
10. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
11. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
12. Manage and deliver Human Resources Strategy in line with business objectives.
13. Implement strategic and tactical Human Resources initiatives focused on business objective and direction.
14. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Requirements:
1. Male or Female Thai nationality age 35-45 years.
2. Male must be completed or exempted from military.
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology or related fields.
4. At least 7 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
5. Experience in educating and coaching staff.
6. Experience in conflict management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
7. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
8. Presentation skill.
9. Knowledge in labor law and relevant health and safety regulations.
10. Good computer literacy.
11. Good communication skills.
12. Strong leadership skills.
13. Proficiency in English communication.
14. Strong negotiation and influence people.
15. Commitment, Ethical actions, Flexibility.
16. To center on co-operate relevant parties.
17. To work under high pressure with high responsibility.
18. Leadership, Interpersonal skill, Open-minded and Positive Thinking, Well understand in Japanese Culture.
19. English language communication (Conversation).
20. Own car in advantage.
21. Can travel to branches such as Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong and Prachinburi.
